ZillowVERIFIEDStop searching, you've found your realtor. Buying a house is one of the biggest things any of us do in our lives. Tackling it alone or with the wrong realtor is, at best, annoying and complex. At worst, it's a mind-numbingly expensive, stress-inducing nightmare of mind games and legal paperwork. For Chelsea's clients, however, it couldn't be easier. From exploring countless listings in a rapidly changing market, to submitting smart and strategically competitive offers, to navigating the seemingly-endless to-do list that is escrow, we were absolutely blown away by Chelsea's commitment to our happiness and success throughout the entire process. This was our first time buying a home, but if we were ever to do it again, Chelsea would be the first, and ONLY, person we would call. Her professionalism, experience, and friendly approach took something traditionally overwhelming and made it so much smoother and more straightforward than we ever thought it could be. Not to mention the phenomenal team she has assembled to help with everything from lending to inspections to lawn care! If you're in the market to do anything real estate related, Chelsea should be at the very top of your contact list. You could not be in better hands!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea was our realtor during the recent sale of our home. The market is a little crazy at the moment and we definitely had some excitement along the way, but we are absolutely thrilled with how things turned out. She helped us navigate smoothly through all of the ups and downs with patience and grace. (Shes a fabulous realtor, but she might have missed her calling as a therapist!) I highly recommend her to anyone - buyer or seller. Shell take great care of you!

ZillowVERIFIED I would give Chelsea Brennan the highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to purchase a home! My fiance and I met her back in 2023 when we were first looking around at homes to get ideas of what we wanted - even though we weren't ready to buy at the time, she and her team had our backs 100% in helping us find exactly what we were looking for, and at the right price. She has exceptional communication skills and was always there to answer any and all of our questions. I mean it wholeheartedly when I say that she'll be a lifelong friend, and we would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone who is looking to find their forever home!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Brennan on a recent transaction where I represented the buyer as their lender. Chelsea was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Her incredible outgoing personality and strong ethical standards made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a great experience with an agent, whether buying or selling a home. I've worked with a lot of agents in my career and Chelsea truly stands out in her field.

ZillowVERIFIED It was great to have Chelsea's help in the whole process. From the first time she took us to see houses until we bought our current house, she has been helping us screen and giving us effective advice. This is our first house, and we were not familiar with the buying process, so we always asked a lot of questions, but she patiently and quickly answered them, making us happy throughout the process. As long as we were interested in a house, she immediately helped us make an appointment to see it. She is very efficient, respects our opinions, negotiates prices with the sellers, and ultimately helped us to get our dream house. Thank you, Chelsea~

ZillowVERIFIED We can't say enough positive things about Chelsea! We're first time homebuyers, and met her while we were driving past a home that didn't have an open house at the time but we wanted to look at. Chelsea was kind enough to offer us a tour on the spot and answer the thousand questions we had with her regarding the home, loans, insurance, and the general homebuying process. After touring, we knew she was the agent for us! We decided to place an offer on the house, and she worked patiently with us to write a contract that was aligned with our needs. Chelsea's listening and negotiation skills are unparalleled, which is important for us because we were working remotely from NYC at the time. We will be recommending her to our friends and family with no hesitation, and look forward to working with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Chelsea through the purchase of our new home. A total stranger at the time, she accompanied our family as we viewed several homes. Within days, her knowledge for the market, her excellent communication skills, and her knack for understanding our familys needs, made her a lifelong friend. Chelsea, and her team, were able to work their magic to get us through a challenging escrow and get my family into our dream home. We would absolutely recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to buy/ sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I bought our first home in SCV with the help of Chelsea. She and her team are incredible to work with! They were extremely responsive and any time we had questions, regardless of how minor they were, would get back to us quickly and take the time to ensure we had all our questions answered, even answering some questions we didnt even know we had. She listened to us and understood our situation. We would have had no chance getting into this dream home in such a competitive market without her expertise and strategic communication amongst all parties. Her professionalism goes beyond our expectations. She?s always honest with us, and handles unexpected circumstances in a professional and candor manner. Chelsea has a great attitude and passion. She kept things always moving forward as we shared the fun and excitement together. Taking our first steps into our new home, she gave us a precious and thoughtful home welcoming gift. I hope others who work with Chelsea get a similar experience. She is genuinely the nicest person you?ll get to work with. We 100% recommend Chelsea and Natalie. We are grateful for all they?ve done.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family was so pleased working with Chelsea and Team Lozon. We are first time home buyers and had connected with Chelsea after 2 realtors had turned us down due to not working with the desired loan amount we wanted. Once we connected with Chelsea she connected with her lender who made it possible for us to own our first home! Chelsea was so knowledgeable about this process and was always available to help us with any questions that came up. I would recommend Chelsea to help you with your home ownership goals if you are wanting to purchase. She also knows SCV very well and is so knowledgeable about the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Chelsea professionally for years, and I can say that without a doubt I have been extremely happy with her work ethic, her vibrant personality and the fact that she goes above and beyond for her clients. Not only is she proving that she is an excellent real-estate agent, but she has become a great friend to myself and my family. She is currently helping me with some investment property, and I feel good knowing that she cares about what is important to me and my family and business. She knows exactly what I am looking for and has a gift for finding the very best property to fit my needs. I will always keep her as a close advisor for all of my real-estate needs.
