ZillowVERIFIEDWe started our journey to find a home before Hurricane Ida. It was very rough, but Chelita walked us through the whole process. Then Ida happened and our money er were going to use for a down payment was used to survive after the storm. She in fact kept in touch with us, and patiently waited for us to come up with the down payment again. We started looking for a home again a couple of months after Ida and the market was crazy. So while looking we kept putting money aside and Chelita told us to be patient and we would find a place we can call home. After sever hours and several homes we looked at, we finally found the one. She put in our offer quickly and walked us through all the processes. When it all came down to the wire, she walked us through the inspection and appraisal explaining anything we didn't understand to us. She was very thorough and when needed agreesive for us and making this our home. I truly appreciate all that she has done for us! Thank you for our home and taking the stress of buying it off of us! Chelita is an amazing person, understanding, and brilliant! I would tell anyone to work with her. She made all of this look easy!
