Review Chelene is an excellent realtor. Given the pace of the market, we only looked at homes I had found myself, so I cannot give a rating on that aspect. However, in an extremely competitive seller's market, she gave us great advice for an offer that beat out all the others and kept us from a bidding war. She is quite responsive and readily available if you have questions or concerns. She knows the area extremely well and has great insights on appealing to the seller based on the circumstances. I highly recommend Chelene.

Review Chelene was on top of everything from beginning to end for my husband and I. We were in the market to purchase our first home and Chelene walked us through each step carefully and made sure we knew everything we needed to know to purchase our first single family home. She was ALWAYS available (i really don't know when she got any sleep), and she never left any of our questions unanswered. If it was not for her, we would probably still be looking at homes, but she always had suggestions and made sure to understand what we did or did not like to keep us going in the right direction to find our perfect home! Don't sleep on her for your buying/selling needs - she is definitley worth it!

She helped our family find a house the first time out viewing with her; after we had a different realtor with a different company for 6 months and 4 other contracts that never made it! WE LOVE CHELENE! She stayed on top of the property we selected, our contract, and even the mortgage lender we had selected! Review I am so glad that my husband and I chose to work with Chelene. We had a realtor referred to us by a friend but did not use her because of her initial lack of responsiveness. Instead, we found reviews for Chelene and I am so happy we chose her to help us in our first home search. I had many, many questions, a lot of which were probably "stupid" questions, but Chelene always answered them and never made me feel stupid for asking. Her responses to my husband, me, and the company we eventually bought the home from were all immediate (at the longest, same day). Because we purchased the home from a builder, negotiations weren't involved, but she did talk with us about offers/strategies for other homes we were interested in. As soon as she started working with us, she compiled a list of homes based on what my husband and I were looking for and they all met everything we were looking for. She didn't rush us through anything and helped us understand the entire process from start to closing. If I could, I would give Chelene 6 out of 5 stars and absolutely recommend her to anybody else!

Review I actually met Chelene while looking to by a home a few months ago. She was the agent that was onsite for the open house. She was so personable and helpful that I took her card to help me find a home. In less than 24 hours she called to check in with me and discuss my needs. She immediately turned me over to a broker to help me get my financial issues on track. In the interim my needs changed from buying a home to renting a home. Honestly I initially didn't think that I even needed a realtor to go through the process of renting a home cause I've always handled my own rental needs when looking for an apartment. So, I started the process on my own. Then within a couple of days gave Chelene a call. And needless to say I turned the process over to her. She didn't even pause to ask why I didn't initially contact her to look for the house rentals. She jumped right in and within 30 minutes she sent me a list of potential listings to add to the list I had already compiled. Her listing was right on point. within 2 days we were out viewing the list of homes I selected (8 homes in one day...Lol). I know I put her through it. I am extremely particular. And come to find out; so is she. She is a completely professional, meticulous, gracious, conscientious, patient and very ethical realtor. She is relentless in her pursuit to find the house that is the perfect fit for you.
