Knowing our limited stay in Orlando, Chelby graciously set up an immediate appointment for us to see the properties we were interested in. She was very warm, friendly, and accommodating, and very forthright in answering our questions relative to the properties. What impressed us the most is her ability to guide without pressure that allows you to make an informed decision. Although our current situation did not lead us to commit to a purchase, if our circumstances change in the near future, we will definitely seek out Chelby again to represent us.
