In addition to the standard photographs of our home, Chaz commissioned drone footage of the unit and immediate neighborhood and ran regular ads which included our unit in the CHICAGO TRIBUNE and other periodicals. He never pressured us to lower our price and constantly advised us that our unit was appropriately priced and would sell at our desired price, which it did.

She gave us fantastic advice in how to prepare our house to show well, she explained thoroughly all of the contract documents and she was always willing to have open houses and try different ideas to keep things interesting. She has a calming quality that was extremely helpful during stressful negotiations and she provided us with several great tips along the way. We sold our house in a very competitive and saturated market and there is not a single thing I know of that Lisa could have done better. Review Wouldn't recommend Chaz to anyone looking to buy a house under $500,000. He is all about the big sales. If you're an average Joe looking for something in the city, you will be put on the back burner. Had a lot of trouble getting ahold of him. When we did talk to him, could barely hear him because he was always on speaker phone in his car. Never once recommended a home that he thought we might like or gave us any advice on what we should buy. Ended up looking at too many places we didn't like, didn't help us narrow it down. When we did find a place we liked, he was uninvolved in the process. Inspection brought out many repairs, no advice from him or his attorney, so we backed out. His response was "it's not like I'm going on vacation over this deal." Didn't make us feel very good. Said we didn't have to sign a buyer agreement because "those were for insecure brokers" We ended up finding a new broker and buying a place we loved, and felt like kings. Very nice person and is passionate about what he does, just not for us.

Review Quite simply, Chaz Walters is a professional, for the most part without equal in the very competitive real estate business. Six years ago, he sold our home, sited on a sixty foot bluff overlooking Lake Michigan in Lake Forest. Recently he sold our co-op on the Gold Coast overlooking the lake in Chicago. He brings enthusiasm to showings, understanding to clients' wishes, expertise to deal making, and an innate expertise in sizing up potential buyers. Although I have no desire to move again, I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Within two weeks of listing, we had sold our home with a very respectable appreciation. Two years later she sold our rental condo on Southport for us. Living 2,500 miles away did not matter. Review Andrea is very professional and she has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Chicago. I was an out-of-state owner of a condominium in the River North section of Chicago. I contacted her to sell the unit when my tenant was moving out. She advised me that the timing was not good to sell and if my negative cash flow was not too bad I should consider renting it for one more year. Fortunately I took her advise. She found me a great tenant at significantly more rent than I was getting before. A year later she sold my condominium for almost 20% than I would have gotten a year ago.
