This is my first time buying a house, Tatiana has done an spectacular job and has made this journey one smooth, stressless, and very fructiferous. There is a 4 hours time difference between Hawaii and Texas and that did not stop Tatiana and her team to be available at any time or any day. Tatiana was there step by step throughout the whole process, from finding the house we like the best, applying for financing (not to mention she went above and beyond to find a lender that was able to work with my current credit situation), to closing. This team reviewed every document and every offer. My family and I were able to close on a new construction, the Team was available to walk through the house before closing and have the builder fix any deficiencies. They have all the connections, knowledge, and fulfill any request that you might have or encounter during the house buying process, and after.
