ZillowVERIFIED He listened to our needs and help us find the perfect house. We looked at about a dozen houses between Goldsboro, Greenville, and New Bern areas. We decided on a new build and he guided through the negotiations and contract process. Very professional and responsive.

ZillowVERIFIED She was extremely Helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process even after closing on our house. Easily reachable at any time, day or night. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was very polite. As first time home buyers we needed a lot of information and she made it very easy to understand the process. Would absolutely go back to her for any future houses.

ZillowVERIFIED Chasity was helpful, and knowledge during the buying process. However, after the sale was final, we feel as if she went back on her word. If her actions are common practice, we weren't aware of it, nor was the process explained to us before we made the decision to use her. Our bank offered us money back after closing if we used one of their authorized agents. Chastity said she would match that amount if we chose her instead, and that was our deciding factor to use her. After the sale however, the mortgage broker gave us a rebate and Chastity subtracted that amount from the amount she had agreed to give us, saying that it added up to the amount we were promised so that was all she was required to give. That was not our agreement as we understood it, nor did she explain that she would do it that way, so we do not feel she followed through with the agreement. It was not a large amount of money, however we do feel as if it was deceptive, and changed our minds about who we'll hire to sell our other home.

ZillowVERIFIED What could I say about Chasity? She's great at what she does, we were first time home buyers with all the questions in the world and not only did she answer every single way but she walked us through everything! She's amazing and I recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home or even rent. If Jesus, himself needed an agent I'd recommend Chasity!

ZillowVERIFIED I really liked the way she approached things for us. She found exactly what I wanted in a house and it was super quick. She worked with us as much as possible so we could get set and have a house asap. She knows a lot about the area and what and where is good and which parts really are not that great. She helped us out tremendously and I am super glad we had her as our agent! I would for sure recommend her to anyone and we actually did recommend her to two of our friends and they ended up buying houses!
