ZillowVERIFIED 3 years ago we moved to the St. Pete area from Iowa. As you can imagine this is not a easy task especially with two children in elementary school. Chase was patience with us as finding the perfect house in the right school district was our #1 priority. He cleared his schedule when we were in town and provided video walkthroughs of homes when were werent there. We purchased a condo for our first Florida home. 2.5 years later Chase was there again to help us with the purchase of our second home. Once again, dropping whatever he was doing at a moments notice to show us the homes we wanted to see. He not only sold our condo for more than we expected but found us our dream home.
