ZillowVERIFIED Before I detail my experience I want to point out the #1 reason why you should do business with Chase Pino: He knows what the hell he is talking about when looking at a house. Chase has hands-on experience in home construction, remodeling and appraising. This is the difference maker between Chase and other realtors. My wife and I initially tried to find houses online that we were interested in, but as busy professionals we just didnt have the time to sort through online listings and schedule viewings. Chase was recommended to us by a family member and was prompt in getting in touch with us. He did a thorough consultation with us to find out exactly what we wanted. Finding a house in the right area was as important to us as finding a house that had the amenities we wanted. We were impressed by Chases knowledge of Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas and he knew someone personally in almost every neighborhood we looked in. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy and was not afraid to tell us the good, the bad and the ugly based on the real experiences of his personal connections. Chase was very flexible and accommodating with our showings and after looking at multiple houses, he had the wherewithal to show us a new construction home. This was very smart on his part because we kept looking at houses that needed a considerable amount of remodeling done. We hadnt even considered building a home, but Chases knowledge of the subject made us feel much more comfortable with the process. He was there every step of the way, guiding us through the process, and stayed in constant communication with us, our builder and our lender. Ive heard countless people say they would never build again. I however would absolutely build again because of the guidance and support we received from our realtor. Before you have your friend or family member who is a realtor stick a sign in your yard, consider this: do they have hands-on experience with houses or do they just sell them? The home buying process can be very daunting, especially for a first time homebuyer, but Chase was there to ease this "beast" by answering any questions and concerns that arose. I didn't realize how much I would rely on my realtor as an answer key but Chase had no problem stepping up, even laying out suggestions and options at times.
