ZillowVERIFIEDI decided I wanted to move back to my hometown of Lake Placid. Chase was such a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, personable and always reachable. Because I had to commute from New Jersey a few times, he always made himself available when I was in town and did facetime tours of the homes I was considering when I was not in town. He had extensive knowledge of the home I purchased, and if he didnt know the answer to something, he got it in short order. He had good recommendations for local attorneys, mortgage lenders, and inspectors and said I can always reach out to him in the future for recommendations for other services. He made the entire process easy! Thank you, Chase!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Chase while purchasing a home which we planned to renovate and sell. He was so engaging, professional and knowledgeable that we decided to have him sell the home after renovation. Chase has always beeen very responsive and helped the sale go smoothly. In fact, he was so fantastic to work with that we asked him to sell another home that we owned and that closing just took place. We highly recommend Chase as a realtor; you will be so happy with him assisting you.

ZillowVERIFIED To date, Chase has helped us buy two properties in the Eastern Adirondacks: first, undeveloped mountainside land and, second, about a year later, a home for our growing family nearby. Both times the process went smoothly due to a combination of Chase's general experience, extensive knowledge of the area, knack for identifying overlooked property features, patience, flexibility, and steady, objective guidance. Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED We closed in September on a home that we found through our realtor Chase. Chase was fantastic to work with. Our budget wasn't an exact number and depended on a few things, so wanted to look at the every echelon- low-priced fixer uppers, pricier stuff for us, and everything in between. We appreciated Chase's open mind and patience about this. AND- if it weren't for Chase, we might not have been able to purchase! Our previous mortgage broker was very limited in what they offered. Chase recognized this, and helped us find a broker who was WAY more accommodating! This changed our whole budget and range of homes we could potentially buy. Such a game-changer! And now we have a dream house, all thanks to Chase!

ZillowVERIFIED What matters most is that Chase is honest, honorable, and kind. He's not selling you a property to make a dime, he's caring about it being the right fit, the right price, and the right decision for everyone involved. Buying a home or other real estate is stressful and anxiety-provoking, so having a calm, reasoned, and knowledgeable agent/partner in the transaction is vital. He's hungry to find what you want, and to get the deal you need. Whenever I now consider buying real estate, my first thought is to contact Chase to handle the research, contact, and overall process.

ZillowVERIFIED Chase went above and beyond for me. He guided me through the entire process and was very helpful in coordinating all parties involved. His positive attitude is infectious. I stayed relaxed through the entire process because of him - which, if you've ever tried to sell your house during a pandemic, you know is hard to be.
