My husband and I could not have asked for a more dedicated agent. She is tireless, honest, and knowlegadable. We looked at a couple dozen houses with Scherita and placed 3 offers before finally closing on one. For a while we were disenheartened by the uphill battle to find a house that was in our price range, move-in ready, and had a responsive sellers agent. But she offered words (and action!) of encouragement that let us know that as frustrating as the experience was for us, she would make sure that we walked away with a home we loved at a price we could afford.
