ZillowVERIFIED Charly was simply put... amazing. She was NOT the first agent I contacted to sell my home she was the last tho because she impressed me from the start. She was very professional and open with me always responding to texts and calls even with my odd hours. She gave me excellent advise on things to do and what not to do to prep to list. When I was injured and couldnt complete some cleaning projects she had resources that did excellent work for competitive prices. She was always respectful and even encouraging even tho my house wasnt "high end luxury" for the area. And the bottom line, her advise and strategies got my family much more than the initial agent wanted to list my house for. I found her because a contractor recommended her... it made a huge difference for us and the best I can do to pass that kindness forward is strongly recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell. She was flat out wonderful no reservations from us.

ZillowVERIFIED Charly is absolutely hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. So thankful that she was the realtor to reach out to me after I booked a showing on Zillow. She knew what I wanted and was someone I could trust. She is personable, communicative, and responsive to texts at all hours of the day, which drove us to WANT to stay with her. She never made us feel inferior for the questions we asked or how particular I wanted things. She helped us find a home for almost an entire year before we finally closed on our dream first home. On the Friday we closed, like I previously stated, Charly knew me and how I liked things. Charly had her cleaning ladies come to our new home to clean the house from top to bottom, so I would not have to do it before moving stuff in that night. Charly also generously ordered, not only my husband and I dinner, but she included my sister as well because Charly knew she was there helping us move. Charly did not have to do any of that, but she did it out of the goodness of her heart and she cares about her clients. If youre looking for a realtor who truly has your best interest with a heart of gold and NO ulterior motive, Id choose & recommend Charly over and over again! We have even referred her to all of our friends & coworkers moving near us and theyve used her as well.

ZillowVERIFIED We asked for recommendations on realtors and by far Charly was the most recommended and we know why!! We had the best experience working with her. Her communication was excellent, she had so much knowledge about the area we were buying - not just as a realtor but also as a parent. We set a firm budget and had a list of things we needed and she followed it to the letter, showing us various options that could suit our needs. She was so responsive to all of our questions and we had a lot since we were buying and selling. Our situation wasn't the most straightforward as we were selling and purchasing but Charly was on the ball to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible! We would definitely recommend contacting Charly if you need a realtor in the area!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot explain how great Charly was. We were moving from North Carolina to Texas and in every situation I felt like she was with us the entire time. There was not a moment where she didn?t leave us with any questions unanswered and she was quick to show us any house we showed any interest in. We are so happy with our house and I cannot say thank you enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Charly was available whenever I needed help and answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. Hard to put into words how knowledgeable Charly is but legend has it the almighty Google once asked her for help with a real estate question. It would be foolish to use anyone else. The rest are all fighting for second?
