She was so wonderful, and helpful. She went to any length to help us. She helped us sell our old home in 4days, and was with us to the very end when we had our new build home. Can't say enough great things about her.
Charlotte is one of the most considerate, smartest, kindest and hard working people I have known. I still have the pleasure of her help since she is helping me buy my next home.
Having moved about 15 times in 43 years of marriage, Charlotte is BY FAR the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Our daughter used her and had such great things to say about her we decided to give her a try when selling our home in Dallas. We were exceptionally pleased. Like other reviewers are saying, we have never used anyone else since. I would say the reason is 50% personal and 50% professional. On the personal side, Charlotte is very thoughtful, honest, responsive, dependable, hardworking, problem solver, and so much more. I greatly appreciate her as a person. On the professional side, she provides a great analysis of the market including changes as they develop, tips for getting the house ready for sale (at the best price in the timeframe needed), connections to excellent resources, and more. I greatly appreciate having the many benefits of her knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Charlotte. I know we will never use anyone else!
I worked with Charlotte on the purchase of my first home. Years later, living in a different area of DFW, I sought Charlotte out for help with purchasing investment property as I remembered my first home purchase was so smooth. She has helped me purchase numerous investment properties and has been a wonderful asset for over 5 years. She is knowledgeable, conscientious, able to handle anything that has come up, and it just wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Charlotte as a great realtor!
I've worked with many realtors over the years and find myself coming back to Charlotte time after time. Whether it's for my personal residence or investment properties Charlotte is the best in the business. Fair, honest, knowledgable and the most responsive realtor I've ever worked with. I highly recommend her services.
