1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get clear on your numbers before you fall in love.
The strongest buyers win because they are fully pre-approved, understand their comfort zone monthly payment, and are emotionally prepared to move quickly when the right property appears. In competitive markets, hesitation costs opportunity.
I also advise buyers to focus on long-term value, not just cosmetic details. Paint and fixtures are easy. Location, lot quality, layout, and resale potential matter far more.

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The market decides value, not us. The sellers who succeed are the ones who price strategically from day one and prepare their home to compete at the highest level.
Professional photography, thoughtful staging, a clear marketing plan, and strong negotiation matter. Exposure alone is not enough. You need positioning.
Our team creates a launch strategy designed to generate maximum interest in the first 7 to 14 days, which is when a listing has the most leverage.

3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Over the past 27 years, I’ve worked with first-time buyers, luxury clients, downsizers, investors, second-home and vacation buyers, builders, relocation clients, and families navigating major life transitions.
Many of our clients are repeat and referral clients, which speaks to the long-term relationships we build.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, we helped sellers whose home had been listed with another brokerage for nearly a year without success. After evaluating the property, we repositioned the pricing, improved staging, upgraded photography, and launched with a targeted marketing strategy.
The home went under contract in four days and closed smoothly in under 30.
What I loved most was watching their stress turn into relief. Strategy changes outcomes.
That’s what we bring to every transaction: clarity, execution, and follow-through.
I also helped a buyer purchase their dream home this month for under $1000 out of pocket!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in Real Estate after purchasing my first home at 24 and not having the best experience! I wanted to help others have a better experience than I had and set out to do just that...and it worked! 27 years later...I'm still doing my best to deliver that "better" experience!
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Beyond 27 years of hands-on experience, I have extensive training in negotiation, marketing strategy, investment analysis, and leadership development through Keller Williams and national coaching programs.
As a brokerage owner and team leader, I stay deeply involved in market data, contract strategy, and business operations, which gives my clients an advantage in complex situations.
Our team also invests heavily in technology, marketing systems, and ongoing education to ensure we are ahead of market shifts, not reacting to them.
