Charlotte McKenzie

I grew up in Riverside and am accustomed to being part of an active, community serving family. This has provided me with a good background for doing business in our fair city. After being chosen by American Field Service Exchange Program to have an extended educational stay in Japan while in High School, I decided to study International Relations. I attended Scripps College in Claremont, CA, where I received my BA in International Relations and Japanese. Subsequently I have worked and lived in LA, Palm Desert, Concord and San Diego before returning to Riverside with my husband and children. My work experiences range from travel services, securities & banking, hotel and hospitality and elementary school teaching. Since returning to Riverside, I have become involved with the local community again. Besides being active in the Newcomers Club and helping my husband, Bob, with the Riverside Sunrise Rotary Club, I am President of the Magnolia Elementary PTA where my sons attend school. I have also served at the Riverside PTA Council level as the Reflections Program Chair. My membership in the Junior League of Riverside provides me with social and community service opportunities. A recent activity shared with my husband, Bob, is long distance bicycling with the Riverside Bicycle Club. It is great exercise and great fun. When buying or selling a home, the hardest choice you may have is deciding who you would choose to advise you in your transaction. Representing and advising you in the complicated world of real estate is a challenge that I take seriously. With my previous business experiences I am prepared with the important skills which are most helpful in real estate. The most important of these are negotiation tactics and quality client service standards. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties team, I look forward to the opportunity of taking on the responsibility that my clients will entrust the Ransom-McKenzie Team with.
