During that time they never made us feel like we had to buy and we knew that when we were ready, they were there. Once ready, Charlotte and Bob helped us navigate the idea of a fixer upper and turn key in the homes we asked to see and the homes they showed us. This really helped us figure out how much we were willing to fix versus getting a higher priced home that was updated already. As a first time home buyer it was scary to buy but we knew we had seen so many options that were not right for us and when we saw the one we loved they helped us close on it. ZillowVERIFIEDThe first weekend I drove to Riverside from Downtown LA just to look around, I found a Spanish home listed by Charlotte. Within an hour of me looking at the listing online, she reached out and mentioned the house was already in escrow but I was welcome to come look at other properties. For the next few weeks Charlotte showed me multiple properties late afternoon or after 5pm but nothing triggered my interest. Fast forward a few weeks and the Spanish home fell out of escrow. I then rushed to Riverside to look at the home again at night. The following day I put in an offer and within 24hrs it was accepted by the seller. Had Charlotte not reached out to tell me when the home fell out of escrow I probably dont buy the house and still looking. As a first time home buyer, Charlotte and Bob were both generous with their time and patient with any questions or concerns I had during the escrow process. Their attention to detail and focus on getting me into the house was first class. It makes a huge difference to work with genuine good people who you feel have your best interest and you know that youre not getting the runaround. Appreciate Charlotte and Bob even today after Ive been in the home for a few months, they continue to follow-up on how I'm doing and how the home renovation is coming along.
