Review We didnt know how good a realtor/buyers agent could be until we met Charlotte. Our previous realtor was very nice but she didnt have any more information about homes than we were able to find for ourselves by just following Zillow. On a hunch we thought maybe trying a new realtor could help and we went with Charlotte. Charlotte grew up in Baltimore (Guilford), and has the sort of knowledge that only comes with years of experience. Through the buying process we heard from other agents that Charlotte is really respected and liked in the real estate community here because of her professionalism and attitude and this actually made us much more competitive. Her combination of attitude, work ethic, personality, and professionalism aEUR~opened doors for us in a super pleasant way. Immediately after going to her, we were hearing about houses that were off-market or soon to come on a regular basis. This was completely new to us and frankly amazing. We had a very tricky situation with our rooftop deck and 4 years ago had lost 2 contracts on the house with another realtor. Review If I'm being honest, I'm not a big fan of real estate agents. So much so that for a brief time I became one to handle all of my transactions because that was how little confidence I had in the profession. So when I was first introduced to Charlotte you can imagine the skepticism I had for her competency. Most agents that Ive dealt just want to show you homes with limited value add or input into what may makes for your situation but I must say Charlotte was not that. She was quick to share her professional insight and provide input when needed. Never once did I feel like we were not on that same page or that she didnt have our best interest in mind. She answered every question we had, regardless of the time. I was so impressed by Charlottes knowledge and commitment that in addition to her being our buying agent I had her list one of my rental properties.
