She did a remote pre-closing live video and taping and negotiated for garage shelving and equipment. She intervened when the seller removed items that should have remained on the premises. All of this was done with no reservations or complaints, which I had expected from a Realtor. I am very pleased with Charlotte Clark, George Gordon for the referral, and Medway Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED I have been searching for a house since Covid. I made it clear to Charlotte that I not in a huge hurry, as I have a gorgeous estate in Florida already. Whenever I asked her questions, she never responded. It is very rare. When she sent me listings, I would send a message back say that I did not have any interest. She has been sending me listings for a long time and I appreciate it. Her latest email was extremely rude stating that I was basically wasting her time because she has been sending me things for a few years Obviously, she forgot my statement that I was not in any hurry, and I found the property I would actually pay cash. She was pretty rude, and that leads me to release her. She must remember "today's NO could be could be tomorrow's YES"
