Home HomeaEUR"it's absolutely the most important thing in life, the hardest to manage, and the hardest to find that truly suits you! This is an unforgettable experience from my own life. Ten years ago today, I immigrated to this unfamiliar country and arriving in Princeton. A city which has higher education, religious faith, and with high quality of life. Besides the novelty, I was also filled with worry and anxiety: where should I live? Where is the right home for us? Perhaps God was watching over me; I was so lucky to meet my real estate agent: Charlie Wu, an agent with integrity who has higher education, also has deep understanding of New Jersey. Initially, I thought he would take me to see many houses and help me to choose. But he didn't. He understood our unfamiliarity and the normal psychological resistance. At first, he drove us around Princeton, showing us the different cities, explaining the characteristics and rules of each, and helping us objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different locations. He pointed out which properties were in good school districts, which were close to private schools, which needed extensive renovationsaEUR"a real hassle for a novice like me. He patiently advised me not to rush into buying a house, but to carefully compare options and choose what suited me best to avoid regrets. I was deeply touched by his thoughtful consideration for his clients! He spent over ten days showing me around the city. Finally, I decided to buy a house in Princeton's which has good school district (extremely convenient for my children's schooling and daily life), which made me feel naturally integrated into the city. He also taught me how to pay property fees (such as property taxes, GM insurance, homeowner's insurance, etc.) and about city policies and regulations. This isn't something a real estate agent would normally do, but he treated his clients with such genuine sincerity. Ten years have passed in the blink of an eye. My children are in college, and I no longer need this school district house; it has fulfilled its purpose. I need to move to a smaller house, and I found him again, Charlie Wu. This real estate agent, honed over ten years, is a top figure in New Jersey, yet he remains as humble and dedicated as ever, greeting every client with the same seriousness. He helped me develop a plan according to my requirements, identified several high-quality options, and soon I found a new home that I love and am very satisfied with! He accompanied me to the signing ceremony, helped me communicate various details, and researched the background of the construction company until the contract was signed. Next, he began to help me to plan the most important thing: selling my old house, which required various renovations and repairs. Again, it was Charlie Wu who recommended a reputable and compliant renovation company, providing excellent solutions that achieved the desired results while saving me money. He treats his clients' problems as his ownaEUR"this is the noble quality of an outstanding real estate agent! A house is the most important thing for everyone, but I think it's even more important to meet the nice real estate agent before buying a house; it can make your experience lucky and fulfilling!
