Once we were officially ready to make the move, Erin was amazing at marketing our house, we sold in 36 hours with two offers. And then Charlie toured us through multiple houses, even ones we knew were not right, just to keep the momentum going. He had us so prepared that when the right house came along, we were pending within 24 hours of making an offer. Charlie and Erin are good humans, we will continue to be in contact just because we miss them now that the process is over.
