We put her through the wringer, looking at almost 20 different homes and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She's incredibly responsive and a great listener. You feel like you are in charge of your decision but constantly getting good advice long the way. Charlie anticipates questions very well...again because she actually listens and actually wants to see you in a house that's right for you and not just what gets her the best commission. Also, between her and Brian they have a lot of expertise in finding issues others would miss. But Charlie doesn't just feed you lines, if she doesn't know something she says so and finds a way to get answers. But she's also not a pushover and is willing to tell it like it is. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlie. She found us a good place and we're glad we have a new home and a new friend.

We decided to sell in the spring of 2021 and got in touch with her. Both her and Brian are very knowledgeable of the real estate in the area as well as the process of selling a home. ZillowVERIFIED I simply cannot say enough great things about "Charlie" in her role as our real estate agent. She assured us from the very beginning that she would ALWAYS be available and responsive whenever we wanted to speak or meet with her, and she was true to her word during the entire three-month process of listing, presenting, negotiating and selling our home. Whenever we had a question, she responded right away. When the home inspection showed damaged trusses, Charlie helped us find a professional engineer who designed a certified repair and encouraged the buyer's agent when the buyers were considering backing out of the contract. The real kicker is that we put our house on the market the week before a worldwide pandemic caused states to begin shutting down businesses across the board. Charlie provided much-needed guidance as we made decisions on how or whether we should continue showing our house through such an unprecedented period. The offer we finally accepted was more than our asking price. The commission Charlie received as our agent was definitely hard-earned. The hours she spent working for us were not always easy ones, and I can't imagine having to go through such a process without the type of professional knowledge and skills that she brought. She has a professional demeanor with a very personal touch. Finally, and to me most importantly, she maintains a very strong ethical approach to her job. I simply couldn't imagine her doing anything shady, as I've witnessed other agents do. Everything with her is absolutely above board. If something isn't right, then she won't go there - there's no working in the gray areas. Right is right, and wrong is wrong. I like that. If someone is selling their house and likes that approach too, then Charlie Richards is an agent you would be comfortable working with. My wife and I both feel we've gained a friend through the home-selling process, and that's something rare indeed.
