The sellers accepted the offer the next day and from there Charlie was very good at guiding us through the home buying process. He helped negotiate a new roof and new water heater all while staying within our budget. Although we had only met with him in person twice, his advice was exactly what we need as first time home buyers (and now owners!).

He was very open and honest with us about each property we looked at and guided us in how we should put offers in. He was quick to answer questions and emails. With the current strong sellers market, it took us 8 months and a few loses (due to being out-bid) to come to our picture perfect property. It was unfortunate Charlie couldn't be with us during our inspection, especially this being our first home, but he was quick to contact us as soon as the inspection was over to go over everything.
