ZillowVERIFIED Charlie went above and beyond his role as an agent to help me sell my home. He was attentive and responsive and pro-active. He is knowledgeable in the market and provided realistic feedback. He also check on my property regularly to make sure everything was ok and had automated systems in place to inform me anytime someone scheduled a showing or provided feedback. Since I live out of town he did all the leg work to make sure everything one done through to closing. We also used him for the sale of my mother's home which he sold in a week. I would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a home. He made what is typically a stressful process a smooth transition.

ZillowVERIFIED During the selling season, my house had been on the market for over 70 days without a single showing. After doing some research using Zillow's agent finder tool, I found Charlie. I called him on a Saturday and he was more than happy to meet with me that evening. After answering all of my questions, I decided to sign with him and I'm so glad that I did. He listed my house on a Monday, and we had a contract on it by that Wednesday. I was in disbelief. After 3 showing requests and 2 actual showings, we received an offer. With a little negotiation, he got the offer up to almost full price. The buyer was solid, and we made it to closing. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to definitely sell their home. This is the 2nd house that I have sold, and is by far the best experience that I have had.

ZillowVERIFIED Charlie helped us from start to finish and then some. I still talk to him and ask advice and questions on our new home months after we closed. He must of found us 20 houses every week to look at until we found the one we liked. Extremely knowledgable. A great realtor and great friend. I have recommended him to many of my co-workers who are looking to buy houses. We were first time buyers with no clue how the process worked or where to start. Charlie walked us through it step by step and stayed on top of everything we needed to make it as smooth as possible.He had to take some time for a family emergency and even while he was out of the state called us several times, brought our file with him, sent a co-worker to meet us just to have a second look at a house, and put in an offer for us. I would recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy especially if its your first time.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked with Charlie to find my first home - and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. The first couple Realtors I dealt with did not take me seriously because of my age, and it was an absolute terror to work with them. Charlie was always very prompt, very courteous, and totally understood my needs, wants, and desires. He used a great piece of web-based software that allows him to send me a link to compare a group of houses. This link would have the full MLS data, tons of photos, and all kinds of great information that helped my buying decision. I could literally find a house with an app like Zillow, email it to charlie, and at the end of the day he would take all my emails and compile them into 1 link to compare them all.I was beyond happy with Charlie's services and recommend him to anyone and everyone I know looking for a house or nice rental property. He's a great guy and strives to make people happy. His opinions are very insightful and his experience bleeds through everything he says.

Needless to say, we were very nervous about the process. After years of renting, I had developed a mental list of everything I wanted in a house and neighborhood...and trust me when I say it was long and decently detailed. Charlie was amazing from the beginning. He assured us that he'd find exactly what we were looking for. I loved that Charlie didn't waste our time showing us homes that we couldn't afford or in neighborhoods we didn't want our children in. He brought us right to a neighborhood he knew we'd love and could afford. He knew about the local schools, the crime rates and the amenities of the neighborhood. Once we picked our new home and decided to make an offer, Charlie explained everything to us and then ensured the process went smoothly. He was absolutely amazing about answering all of my first time home buyer questions. I believe if we would have used anyone other than Charlie, the entire process would have been a lot more stressful and confusing. As promised, we closed exactly when we wanted and everything went great. Charlie continues to check in with us and make sure we are happy. Being new to the whole thing I decide to enlist Charlie's help. Best decision I ever made. My wife and I told Charlie exactly what we wanted. Nothing too big, nothing too small, great neighborhood and good schools. We had many other specifics but I won't bore you with them. Charlie found us a few houses to look at that matched everything we wanted. We felt like a kid in a candy store and we did not have to sacrifice a single option. Charlie stayed with us step by step thought whole process from the first offer all the way till close. He even negotiated for us while we were on a cruise. For example, he spent the best part of a day with an appraiser and myself, to be sure all aspects of the home's condition were known to the appraiser, which resulted in a fair appraisal. ZillowVERIFIED Charlie is an agent who honestly goes the extra mile for you. My family was in a time crunch and we were in town for only one week to find a rental. Charlie showed us several houses but none felt like home. We returned to our hotel room and my wife started home searching again. Around 7:30pm she found a home she liked and by 8:30pm Charlie had us viewing it. Talk about late night service. Charlie is awesome knows the area and near by cities to suggest restaurants and places to visit. Even if your out of town he is willing to walk through the property for you via Skype which I thought was awesome. He really took the edge off a stressful process. I recommend Charlie he is genuinely a great a guy and makes you feel like your working with a friend.
