He is an advocate for his clients and will do everything he can to find you the right home.When we moved to Saratoga Springs, we used other agents and were extremely disappointed. It became clear they wanted to make the biggest commission and weren't invested in what was best for our family. We've had buyers remorse ever since.Charlie Goodridge is the exact opposite. What impressed me the most about Charlie is his local knowledge and the worth of the homes in particular areas. We fell in love with a house. Charlie advised us not to go over a certain price because the house simply wasn't worth it. The seller had dramatically over priced the home, and Charlie new that. There were a lot of hurdles in the process, the seller had misrepresented the taxes on the home, Charlie caught that and advised us to call the assessors office to get an accurate assessment. As it turns out the taxes were three times what the seller had listed. It would have added an additional $800.00 to the monthly mortgage payment and could have truly created a financial hardship for an uniformed buyer. I've never had an agent look out for our best interests to that degree. Beyond his real estate knowledge, Charlie is a great person. He's a pleasure to work with, responsive and informed. In a "buyers beware" market Charlie is the person to have representing you. He protects his clients from making an uninformed decision, a rarity in a realtor and the reason we won't use any other agent but Charlie Goodridge.

Like most, we had a very tight timeline and needed a listing partner with expertise in strategic marketing to make sure we got top dollar...quickly. This included professional photos, exterior drone footage, an interior video walkthrough, custom property info booklets and a targeted social media advertising campaign.
