We knew we had a winner when Charley Wasson showed up on time for our first appointment and he came well prepared - we could tell that he had done his homework. We had not met Charley before but knew that he came highly recommended. We were nervous - we knew the current real estate market was volatile and uncertain and we had read the negative news stories about declining home values. Charley presented his approach to sell our home. He had analyzed comps from two perspectives (within our small community) and then compared to similar home sales close by our area. He anticipated our questions; he gave us options for our concerns. He suggested a sales price - we were skeptical but decided to let him do his job. Later, the appraisal actually came in $5k higher so his suggested sales price was on target. Throughout our home sale process, we saw Charleys work ethic. He is honest, and straightforward in communications, and has a positive outlook, but didnt hesitate to tell us when we were out of line in our thinking. We buy/sell homes about every three to five years so we felt reasonably knowledgeable about the process, but we werent prepared for how easy the process was with Charley. Gotta say it again - Charley is the best realtor we have ever had. We appreciate all the work that Charley and Alisa did on our behalf - we appreciate them!

Definitely recommend Charley! My husband and I are fixing to close on our first home, and we were so lucky to have connected with Charley! He has been working with us on and off for over a year now. The first time we were looking at houses, we decided we were not ready to buy yet and wanted to wait another year, and Charley was very understanding, never pushy, and was there for us a year later, ready to pick back up when we decided to start looking at houses again. He walked us through the entire process, patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them at every step of the process). He truly went above and beyond when we faced roadblocks, and worked with us to find the best home to meet our needs, and to represent our best interests with the sellers and sellers agents. I cannot say enough good things about Charley - he made home buying fun, and taught us a lot about home ownership along the way. Needless to say, he will be our first call when we are ready to buy again!

Charley sold my home when the other top dogs couldnt . Some had my home for over a year ! He thought outside the box and got it sold in half that time . Highly recommend. We will also use him to purchase our land in Boerne to build . Very personable , caring and treats you with respect .
