Review Although there were many professional realtors that were available, I chose Charles, because of the very impressive marketing I saw he did on previous properties he sold. (Searched him on Youtube, and found the scenic videos done with drones...WOW, I was impressed). I gave him high marks because of his unparalleled enthusiasm and positive attitude. Makes you just as excited and positive at the prospect of selling your property with him. In fact, I upped the commission I wanted to pay (without Charles asking), because I deemed he deserved it, based on the marketing I saw him do. And yes, he sold my property in 24 hours! Cash offer! Above listing! I'd highly recommend Charles; he is a top notch realtor and really knows the Coachella Valley market.

Review A wonderful experience with a realtor. He was a great communicator, did an incredible job with marketing the house and property, and explained everything each step of the way. He returned phone calls immediately and provided information as soon as it came available. I always felt like he was on our side; one team, one fight. Review Charles is amazing! We live in Canada and Charles was recommended to us by a friend in Palm Desert. Charles had recently sold their home. We contacted Charles to sell our home in Palm Desert and he took care of every detail for us. We discovered right away that Charles was there for us. He was in constant contact with us and even though we were in Canada, we knew exactly what was going on. - Open houses, showings, inspections, etc. Our house sold within a matter of a few weeks because of Charles' marketing and contacts with other agents. This young man knows his business, is an expert marketer of property, keeps you in the know of the property sale & the details on a day to day basis. Review Where do I start with Charles Scicli and Shadow Hills Real Estate? Ok, how about the beginning. About a year and a half ago my wife and I decided that we needed to sell our home due our personal financial situation. This was a hard decision as it had been our first home and we had lived there for about 10 years. Selling our home was new to us...we had never done this before. Big question....who do we use to represent us?I am very cautious when it comes to selling or buying anything and listening to the "subject matter experts" as a lot of them aren't and will feed you line after line of ignorance. You can spot it but you sometimes have no other choice and go with it. My wife showed me a mailer that we had received that was very high quality with great photography, graphics and property representation. That flyer was from Charles Scicli and Shadow Hills Realty. I told her that I would take this on and be the main contact for this whole process knowing that as soon as I crack into this the phone calls and pestering would probably never stop. I gave Charles a call and setup a meeting(April 2016). He was very nice on the phone, asked about our location, who we were, and possible timeframe. I had no idea about when we wanted to sell and let him plainly know that I was gathering info to help us proceed. We met at his spacious office in north Indio and talked a little about why we were selling, about his business and background and about where the market was currently at. I made it well known that we were looking to sell sometime around the end of the year when season was back in. He never pressured me to speed up the timeframe for fear of losing us as clients and said that we would stay in contact. Fast forward to fall...Charles never pestered me with incessant emails and phone calls to ask about updated timeframes or our decision to sell. I informed him in late fall that we were probably looking for an after-the-first-of-the-year timeframe and would contact him then. He was very professional and kept me posted that the market was trending in our favor and it was good that we waited anyway. About early February, we decided the timing was right to dive in and proceed with the sale.I contacted Charles and he came over to look at our home in Talavera and was very pleased with "our product". He answered all my questions in ways that I could understand and we setup appointments with his photographer to shoot the property and a timeline to list the property and have mailers go out. His photographer is awesome!!! They shot our home so well that I had never viewed it that way. It was represented very well. In showing the property, I asked that Charles be present for every showing and open house even with other agents and he had no problem with that. He quickly made friends with the little furry member of our family and would sometimes hold her while showing the property as if she was his own. I know this is long but here is the BOTTOM LINE: Charles accommodated everything we asked of him and made us feel like we were his ONLY clients. I never saw him answer the phone when he was with us and he answered the phone almost every time I called...most of the time on the first ring!! Now you may say, well, he doesn't have that many clients. Wrong! Charles closed 3 other properties the same week as ours!!Charles will do what he says and communicate with you every step of the way. I would not recommend anyone else to represent me other than Charles and his company. He WILL work hard for you. By the way our house went into escrow on the 6th week of being on the market and sold more than any other home with same or greater sq footage in our development (Talavera). He literally helped bring up the value of that neighborhood!!Choose Charles Scicli and Shadow Hills Real Estate if you are looking to sell or buy your property. You will not be disappointed. I definitely wasn't.

Review Charles was absolutely amazing! He's young, aggressive, hardworking, and really makes it a point to look for what YOU want as a homeowner. We were first time buyers and we couldn't have been happier with choosing Charles and we'll continue to use him as long as he's in the biz! We told him what was important and what we wanted in a home. I remember getting a phone call at 10pm at night and him apologizing for the late night call, but how excited he was he believed he found "the one" for us. Needless to say, we saw it, loved it and bought our first home. Review We were looking for a family home with open concept and a few other requests. Charles found us exactly what we were looking for and we were able to make an offer. We hit a few speed bumps during the escrow process but with Charles' professionalism and quick response time we were able to close right on time. If we didn't have him in our corner fighting for us, I don't believe the experience or results would have been the same. He's young and hungry, and is backed by a broker who has been in the business for many years. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or purchase and property.
