Charles was a pushy and aggressive realtor who got belligerent real quick when the process wasnt going away. 100 percent would not recommend. Go with any other broker but him.

Although there were many professional realtors that were available, I chose Charles, because of the very impressive marketing I saw he did on previous properties he sold. (Searched him on Youtube, and found the scenic videos done with drones...WOW, I was impressed). I gave him high marks because of his unparalleled enthusiasm and positive attitude. Makes you just as excited and positive at the prospect of selling your property with him. In fact, I upped the commission I wanted to pay (without Charles asking), because I deemed he deserved it, based on the marketing I saw him do. And yes, he sold my property in 24 hours! Cash offer! Above listing! I'd highly recommend Charles; he is a top notch realtor and really knows the Coachella Valley market.
