I intend to recommend him to my family who is moving to the DFW area. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Hes the best! He went over and above what anyone would expect of a realtor. He called often to make sure I was happy with those I had to work with and to make sure I was treated respectfully and fairly. He worked with the sellers realtor to make sure that promised work was completed and done to my satisfaction. He was available any time I needed to talk. I couldnt have had a better realtor. Thank you for my new house and for becoming a good friend through the process!!!

Charles Russell did an excellent job in helping us sell our previous home and move into a new home. We sold our house in about 4 days, got over asking price, and had am executed back-up offer also over asking in case the first one fell through. Charles and team gave us good advice on staging and small items to update before putting our house on the market. Charles was always very quick to respond via email, text or phone call. He always took time to explain things to us regardless if he had already done so previously. I would definitely recommend Charles to others who are looking at selling and.or buying a home in the Collin County market.

Charles has very good knowledge on the local market. His recommendations to sell the home were really helpful. He took care of entire selling process starting from staging, listing, open house, negotiations and closing.

Our experience with Charles tops any customer service experience my wife and I have had, in Real Estate or otherwise. When we moved to McKinney, we moved from out of state. Not only did he broker our purchase, but he also went above and beyond helping to recommend and organize contractors for work that needed to be done. Again, when we sold our place in McKinney, we were out of state most of the time. He took the initiative to meet with inspectors, appraisers, and contractors to get the house ready. We realize these services are well outside the scope of an agent, and well forever be grateful. Additionally during the sale, his advice on staging, along with the professional marketing package he put into place, helped sell our home in about a week. Charles has proven to be a smart, knowledgeable, and honest real estate agent, and was an irreplaceable asset during our stay in McKinney. Thank you Charles!

We selected Charles as our buyers agent to represent the purchase of our home. From start to finish he located the perfect property, skillfully negotiated the purchase, commanded a high level of expertise with the title company and delivered the home of our dreams while cultivating a relationship as a lifelong friend. We would recommend Charles to anyone in need of a realtor.

When Charles first met with us, he had already done his homework looking up comps and establishing a baseline price estimate for us. When we signed on to do business with him, he brought his team in to work with us, with the write-up on MLS, the staging of our home for best effect, and the professional photographer. Once listed, we had 50 viewings within 2 1/2 days, and 18 offers. Before we selected the winning offer, Charles communicated with the buyers agents to ensure that the offers were trustworthy. Then Charles advised us of his findings, and we felt confident in the sale. Charles then arranged the closing and all we had to do was show up and sign. I cant imagine how wed have fared with a less professional, caring real estate agent. I am very happy to recommend Charles as your agent.
