We listed our home for sale and had two offers within one day. Yes, that's right! We were under contract within 24 hours! But it didn't stop there, he continued to be amazing through out the entire process. He always returned calls, texts and emails promptly and we were never left wondering "what next?' ZillowVERIFIED Moving from 1,000 miles away and trying to purchase a house without knowing anything about an area can be extremely nerve-racking and stressful. When we first put in an inquiry on a house on a contact form on Zillow early Saturday morning in July, Charles called us within 3 minutes of hitting "send". Charles made it so easy for us to search for homes in the area - knowing which neighborhoods would be a good fit for what we wanted in price range, schools, access to amenities, etc. Since we were from out of town, he took his weekend to show us over 15 houses we had been looking at, and found "the one". From there, the home-buying process was a breeze (especially being our first one). Charles explained to us everything we needed to do, from the offer letter, to scheduling a home inspection, closing documents, mortgage lenders, etc. His network of professionals in each process of the real estate market is unmatched and we are so very thankful for his trusted advice and guidance through this experience.
