Where do I even begin?? I cannot RAVE enough about Charlie Nagy and how AMAZING he was as our Realtor Agent (his whole company/team were fantastic) and throughout our whole home selling and buying process!!! Not to mention, we bought a NEW BUILD by the way! So that in itself was a grueling process that really required a lot of home building knowledge that we didnt have at all. Thankfully Charlie used to be a builder himself and helped guide us step by step to build our dream home. Quite honestly, my husband and I were really worried (I had a lot of anxiety) about who we would end up working with through this whole process because of our past experiences. We had dealt with agents that didn't put in the work and time or it was just difficult to get ahold of them. Needless to say we were super nervous to go through this process again. But Charlie outdid himself. He put in 110% at all times. He's extremely knowledgeable and has so much wisdom. If you ask him a question, he has an answer. He knows the market inside & out. What I loved the most was that he considered always "us" in the midst of the process at all times. It's always a wonderful feeling to know that someone has your best interest at heart. He's extremely logical and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand (home building/buying terms can be confusing sometimes). I know I asked him a million questions (some were ridiculous) but never once did he seem annoyed. He's super super patient! And something I think clients like us really appreciated was that we could ALWAYS get a hold of Charlie anytime. He always made sure to call us back even if it was after his work hours. We honestly didn't think we'd be able to find a home we could afford, let alone a mortgage loan (this was another big concern) but he made it happen and always made us feel at EASE! Hes also extremely well connected in this industry and connected us to our amazing mortgage lender and attorney. He basically knows someone in every part of real estate. We truly believe this saids a lot about who he is as a person! HE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! At the end of all this, I consider Charlie family with all that hes done for us. Words cannot describe the sincere thankfulness my husband and I feel. Charlie even has checked up on us every week since weve closed on the home and its been over a month! I 1000% HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home!!! Ive already referred clients his way! THANK YOU CHARLIE FOR HELPING US FIND AND BUILD OUR DREAM HOME!!!
