ZillowVERIFIEDIve sold my last two properties FSBO, so deciding to use a real estate agent this time was a big step. After vetting several agents, I felt Chuck was the best fit. Chuck is a Dave Ramsey endorsed real estate professional. One thing Chuck said early on was, aEURoeEverything is negotiable,aEUR? and he proved that more than once during the sale. He worked hard to make things happen and was always willing to find a solution. What impressed me the most was how hands-on he was. He even helped with a few minor repairs that needed to be done before closing. I never expected an agent to roll up his sleeves and help like that. That extra effort really meant a lot to me. If youre looking for someone who works hard, follows through, and genuinely cares about his clients, I would definitely recommend Chuck.

ZillowVERIFIED Charles did a great job assisting my daughter and I on buying her first home that I was helping her with a downpayment. He listened to my daughters wants in a house and helped us get one that she thought was out of her price range. We saw the house and he did some analysis on pricing and helped us get to a price range that worked! She is loving her new house & location. Thanks for the great service Chuck!

ZillowVERIFIED Charles was so great to work with. From our first conversation, I knew I had found my realtor. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. I'm not local and I inherited a house in Mayfield Heights that I wanted to sell quickly. He listed the house and it sold immediately above the asking price. We closed in 2 weeks. He handled everything and was with me through the closing. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Easiest transaction ever and I am so pleased with the outcome. Charles strives to meet his clients needs and he succeeds. He was fun to work with and I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Charles set up searches based on our requirements. Set up viewings based on our out of state schedule requirements. He quickly processed our offer so we wouldn't miss out on the house we really wanted. He helped us navigate the loan underwriter's seemingly never-ending demands so we could close and get our house. If you want a great dedicated agent, Charles Mauer is who you want helping you buy or sell your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Charles was invaluable in the sale of my property. As an out-of-state owner, it was challenging for me to arrange for services necessary to complete the sale and Charles used is extensive network of contractors to help finish some small prep tasks. He was very responsive when I called and was also proactive in getting to me with information during the process. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we first spoke with Chuck, we knew he was the realtor for us. My wife and I are both in education and Chuck comes from an education background. Chuck was on top of communication with us any time we had first time homebuyer questions. The first day we went to look at houses, one went on the market midday. I asked if he could get us in to see it and he did! We put in offer on the house that night and had our offer accepted before we went to sleep. Chuck helped us through the process and we couldnt be more grateful. From tour to closing, 50 days! If youre looking for a friendly, knowledgeable realtor, Chuck is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck did an absolutely awesome job with my and my kids home search. I have known chuck for years and know how great of a guy he is but his level of professionalism and the great care he took of me through the process was above and beyond. He really had our backs and didnt look at us as a sale. He truly wanted us to find what we wanted and didnt stop until we did. He was a friend, an advisor and someone I leaned on through our whole search. I would recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a home. And he will be the person I used to sell this home if ever needed and to buy my next one. Great work chuck and thanks for always having my back in this process!!!
