For months he sent us daily/ weekly listings as they became available. Once we found our perfect fit he was right there to answer questions and walk us through the entire process. He even hooked us up with an attorney and title company. Along the way we had inquiries for the seller (who was not easy). He navigated all the particulars with ease. I highly recommend him. He's so personable and motivated. 10 stars all the way. Thank you Charles.
