Charles grew up in the town of Urbanna, Va., attending grade school there, before finishing up his senior year of high school in King William, Va. He enlisted in the United States Army where he served in Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, then two years on the DMZ in Korea. After the Army, Charles attended college in Louisville, Ky. and received a Degree in Mortuary Science. He is a third generation funeral director and has worked for over 22 years in that industry.

During that time Charles acquired a love for real estate from flipping homes. He loves to look at a home and see undiscovered potential and possibility! Having flipped six houses ,he knew he wanted to help others fulfill their dreams and visions.

Joining Long & Foster Bay/River and Hanover, Charles brings to the table over 20 years of management and business experience , as well as a solid knowledge of the area. He is a member of the Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
