This is our second time working with Tony as our Realtor. Tony is very knowledgeable of the area, properties, and was able to answer any of our questions regarding the Plat, wetland as well as any covenants as these were our concerns. After having our property for sale as a FSBO for a number of months and then with a previous realtor for 90 days, Tony was able to have our property under contract within 3-5 days of listing with him. Tony understands the area and simply has the ability to move property. I would recommend him if you need to sell your house. He is easy going and operates professionally with a great reputation. We spent a significant amount of time researching realtors in the area and felt then and still do after selling that he may be the best realtor in the area.

What more can we say but Tony is the MAN for the job! This man rocked it out. He sold our home within two days! The pictures were not even taken yet and it was on the market and before we knew it we had full asking offer! I know result not typical is the warning most would say...but it happend for us and it can for you if you if you choose Tony!! Thank you for being so awesome Tony! We are forever grateful!!
