ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we went into the process with confidence after just one meeting with Charles. We traveled from out of the area and he pulled it together to show us 3 houses in a row on the same night. These houses were in various towns so lots of driving was involved and he never once made us feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and markets we were looking at. We often joked that he needed to take a break from his phone. We could message him any time of the day and received extremely timely responses. He worked tirelessly to make the process a smooth one for us. Our financing company was dragging their feet to complete the process and he guided us in switching lenders and helping us to be able to transfer everything over and still close on time. Then when the sellers didnt hold up their end of the contract and left the house a mess for final walk through we were very emotional. He worked with the sellers agent the day of closing to rectify the situation so that we could still sign. We found out after the fact that he absorbed half the cost of the cleaner they sent over out of his commission. We received a beautiful handwritten card from Charles at closing. He is sincere and truly cares about his clients. We rave about him to anyone who will listen. As a couple who is very particular about how things are done and them being done the best they can be, we would confidently recommend Charles as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I took a promotion in Charlotte, NC with my company. Which was a blessing for my family, however it presented a lot of challenges with up rooting my wife and kids. Both kids were actively involved in sports and other activities. We had to find a new home in another state and I had to start working my new territory. Which would mean I had to spend a lot of time in the south. With all of that, we had to sell our house which we loved and we needed to sell it quick. That is when we met Chuck. He could not have been more professional and friendly. And on top of that he sold our house in 8 days! He was able to get a parade of people through the house the first weekend and was right there with us every step of the way. I would recommend Mr. Dobish to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
