ZillowVERIFIED Charles went above and beyond any realtor we have ever encountered. He explained things in great detail, never made us feel small for not having knowledge on a subject, and even went out of his way to make sure the paperwork was done correctly while he could have just let us try and figure it out ourselves. We are so grateful to have had a realtor like Charles!

ZillowVERIFIED Charles was the most knowledgeable, friendly and attentive agent we've had contact with here in Vegas. He showed us many homes and was never dissspointed if we didn't like them. He just found more! I'd recommend using him to anyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Since we are out of town buyers, we needed an agent who can provide us insight to the Las Vegas market and help us navigate through the process. Charles is very professional, detailed, knowledgeable, and an effective negotiator. He is very quick to respond to your calls and texts. We purchased a brand new home that needed to be built right before the shelter in place for Covid. After Las Vegas was shut down, Charles kept us updated on any changes to the real estate market. He helped us do a walk through of the house when we couldnt be there in person. Charles is willing to help you in anyway he can. He goes well beyond what a typical agent will do for their clients. You will not find a better agent to represent you than Charles. He is honest and will not pressure you into any transaction you are not comfortable with. He will work with you within your budget. Charles, youre the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommended! What can say I about Charles... Professional, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and witty... Being an out of state buyer, my wife and I needed someone to help us navigate through the Las Vegas market. He absolutely delivered! He worked with our in town travel schedule and worked tirelessly in our house search. After we went in contract on a new built, Charles worked with the builder from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly. Yes, during this C19 times! We got the keys to the house today and wow! Thanks Charles!

ZillowVERIFIED As we prepared to purchase a new home in March 2020, we were lucky enough to come in contact with Charles, and from the start we knew he was looking out for our best interests. We detailed what it was in a home we were looking for and he expertly was able to navigate for us and our needs. He always asked poignant questions, anticipated future needs, and was ready to show us homes that we all agreed were within our guidelines. He was gracious to homeowners when we visited their prospective properties, and made every effort to keep us on track. Incredibly, we found a home during the worldwide pandemic and during our nation's shutdown! When this could have been the worst time for anyone to close on a house, it was made even more comfortable and done within the strict guidelines set forth, and was smooth and professional for all parties involved. We trusted Charles to help us with our home purchase and look forward to working with him in the furture.

ZillowVERIFIED Charles Chariya of Brady Luxury. We met Charles at an open house of a home he was selling for a client. He addressed us politely, asked the right questions to understand our needs, and respectfully connected us with his clients home. The home was not for us, but because of the interaction, we contacted Charles the next week to become our buyer's agent. Charles ability to understand us and connect us with homes that would meet our needs was incredible. When it comes to communicating with the seller's agent, Charles had the ability to both deduce useful information as well as negotiated strongly. Charles clearly and concisely walked us through the whole process through closing. Charles also has an excellent network of vendors he can recommend for every need. Again my wife and I were delighted with the process that got us into our dream home. Thank you Charles.
