This is the second time I have worked with Charles . I can assure you that it will be the last Charles Caughman experience in my household . Charles is very deceptful and an absolute liar. Charles does not keep you in the loop at all, even about having people in your house. He refuses to return calls, text or emails in a timely manner, especially if he knows that you are calling about something that he failed to do . He even one time used the excuse that he was just returning to cell service area that he has been out of range of cellular service all weekend.. Yes ..he actually said that... in 2019!!.. full disclosure... I cant say that it was a lie, maybe he still has Cingular as his cell service provider.. maybe he spent the weekend on a plane with his phone in flight mode spending the $9000 in commission that he made on my house .. I cant say for sure, this is just me playing devils advocate on how that statement could possibly be true in the year TWO THOUSAND AND NINETEEN!! If there was one bright spot, my home did sell in about a week but, in fairness, that was due to Charles undervaluing it for the market, so we missed out on a lot of the equity in the house... Way to go Charlie ... In all fairness, He does give his customers a pie every year around Christmas so, if you dont mind being lied to and disrespected in your own home, if you dont want full value out of your property and, like apple pies, Charles is the realtor for you... In closing .. Issues.. Disrespectful Liar Lets people in your home without your knowlege Leaves YOUR money on the table Apparently has two tin cans attached by a string as a cellular device.. Pros Homemade store bought apple pies every Christmas !!
