He is competent, respectful, patient and genuinely cared about getting me a strong offer. He held an open house the first weekend and within 5 days I was signing a purchase contract. He continued to help me while I was out of state! Picking up my mail, meeting with landscapers and looking through my messy filing cabinet for documents to facilitate with the sale. He was patient with all of the questions, had a good idea of what we were looking for, was helpful at previewing properties before we could get there, and got us into several houses just before listing so it was great. Charles continued to be helpful even after the sale when general questions came up. He always has time to help, always responds, responds in a timely manner and is just overall fun to be around. We have recommended Charles to a number of our friends and will use him again when it is time to find another property in Galveston!
