We would find a place and the next day we would go tour it with him and/or one of his associates. We were super anxious with his offer terms, given how how the market was when we purchased. Review I have been using Charles for about 5 years but known him for 20 years. Assisted me in selling my place in 2018 within 2 weeks above list price. When I needed help looking for a new home in 2021 he came to the service again. With sending me 40+ listings, showing me 15 homes, and 4 months later - found me a nice place in Chicago. Very patient, humble, no pressure, and surrounds himself with a great team (shout out to Joao for helping as well). Would definitely recommend for not just houses, but also the Concierge service that Charles & his team showcase.

Review Charles did an amazing job helping and guiding us along the process of buying our first home. He did his best with trying to schedule showings for the day and times that were accommodating to us. He was able to be reached at all times of the day for any questions we had. Charles provided knowledge on what he thought was a reasonable offer for any of the houses we liked, and made sure that we were paying what it was worth. Review The process for buying our first home with Charles as our realtor was so clear and smooth, about 35 days from first property shopping to keys in our hand. As first-time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions. Charles answered all our questions in a way that was clear to us. Additionally, not only did he answer our questions, he also referred us to specific other professionals in the process that helped us to further understand what we were doing. Charles' approach is wholesome and thoughtful. We felt completely educated about every decision we were asked to make during every step of the process. His knowledge of the surrounding market, buying/selling trends and even design/material trends was impressive and brought great value to first walk-through and final inspection. He took care of us the way I would want someone to take care of my own mother (so I referred him to my mom to help sell her home)!

Review Charles worked very well for us. He listened close to what we were looking for and was always looking for new places that met our criteria. Charles was also very flexible and easy to get in contact with. My husband and I have difficult work schedules, so when we found a house sometimes that meant going to see it within a few hours of finding it, and Charles made that happen. He also has a wealth of knowledge about real estate and was an excellent guide throughout the entire process start to finish. Charles has a great team behind him as well. My husband and I were very pleased with our mortgage lendor, lawyer and home inspector. I would definitely recommend him.
