ZillowVERIFIED I can only give low scores because we were never able to meet. We had a 7pm appt on Wed July 8 and agent was a no show. We called and was told agent forgot to approve with tenant. No call was made to cancel appt with us. Members of our family drove to appt from McKinney and Denton.

I even had an offer on another one and then changed my mind and it didnt seem to bother her a bit that she had done all that work for me and then me change my mind. She just kept right on looking. My mom and niece have also used Charlene for their purchases. She is very diligent and finds exactly what you are looking for. Plus, she never forgets me at Christmas. There is always a special gift on my porch. She is such a sweet and thoughtful person, you forget that she isnt just a close friend. I will definitely use Charlene Winter for my next home purchase and will always refer her to my friends....my family already uses her!!!

The second time I was looking to buy something smaller like a duplex but a small budget and many restrictions due to my credit score. She guided me and set me up so I had choices. Once we found my new home she ran into action and got things moving quickly, again the process was very easy. I know I'm not the easiest person as I have many questions. ZillowVERIFIED She helped me and this was my first time to buy a home. I knew absolutely nothing about the process. She helped me narrow down what area I wanted to move to and got me in touch with the lender she said was great. And he was. She was always available for me to ask questions whether it be via email, text, or phone call. And almost always got to go look at the house I wanted to the next day! After inspection she negotiated the sellers into fixing everything (including some things that were just cosmetic). Overall a great experience!

We knew exactly what we wanted, the required and optional features for our future home. My wife had no intentions to spend even one minute seeing a property that didn't meet our requirements. ZillowVERIFIED Charlene helped me with a rental/lease agreement process August 2013. It had been 20 years since I had rented property and much had changed concerning the process. In addition, I wanted to move in quickly. She stayed on top of details and the landlord to make sure that would happen. After move-in, she provided advice and interpretation of some conditions in the lease agreement to allow me to get some repairs done in the most agreeable way. I would recommend Charlene in a heartbeat. Shen is just "good people."
