Charlene was excellent. She assessed the value of the property and listed it on Various listing services. The house was sold for full price within hours of the signing of the listing agreement. She took care of the inspections necessary to complete the sale, contacted my lender for payoff information and scheduled the closing procedure with the title company, all while communicating the various dates and requirements for the sale Everything went great, Look forward to working with her again on the sale of some additional properties.

ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my wife and I started looking for a home, we had met never met Charlene or her son Allen, and had no idea what to expect or how the entire process would evolve as it had been years since we were in the home buying market. However, after viewing several properties and making offers on several with no deals, Charlene suggested some ideas that were very valuable from her years of experience. Allen was always there no matter what day or time to show us any property we wanted to see. We ultimately found our 'Dream Home' and both Charlene and Allen were there the entire way. Both were very professional and understanding to our needs. If you want excellent service, I would highly recommend Charlene and Allen if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Charlene and Allen were absolutely awesome. With the market the way it is Charlene would a lot of times contact us before we would even know about a house. She is very responsive with all texts and phone calls. This was our first time buying a home and Charlene made this a very easy process. Charlene and Allen make a great team. One will show the house and the other is waiting on the other end to write up the contract. I highly recommend both if you want someone that will work hard for you. Thank you Charlene and Allen for helping us find out first home and making this a wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for someone to help you find your next home, look no further. We called Charlene after loosing out on multiple bidding wars with another realtor. After calling Charlene we soon began working with her son Allen and could not be more happy with our experience. Allen was able to help us secure the first home we offered on with his willingness to adapt in this crazy market. Allen went above and beyond to help us find the right home for our family. His knowledge and commitment to helping us find our home blew our expectations out of the water. Allen and Charlene made us feel as though we were family and we knew they were really invested in our search. We will never look for another realtor again after working with Allen and Charlene.

ZillowVERIFIED We love Charlene! She has become like a member of our family. She did such a great job helping us through a long house hunting process with our last house, that after 10 great years and 2 more kids there was no question that when we were ready to look for a house that better suited our expanded family, we would call Charlene. She never disappoints. We love our new home and she is very knowledge and supportive.

ZillowVERIFIED Charlene was a joy to work with. She met with us on our schedule (which was somewhat hectic and a bit last-minute at times), went above and beyond to communicate with us at all hours, and worked hard to ensure we were happy with purchase. She was always positive, had a great attitude, and was easy to relate to. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Charlene and would highly recommend her to others in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Charlene, she is very knowledgeable about the market and also cares for her customers very much. It's pretty easy to work with her. She helped us in buying the same house 3 years ago and when we decided to sell the house this year...she helped us again. We chose her for her great customer service, attention to detail, her knowledge of the real estate market and her genuine caring nature. She goes beyond what is expected of her, creating that long lasting impression. Once again, hands down she is the person to go to. :) Very pleased and would come back to her for our next home buying.

ZillowVERIFIED Charlene was very helpful. My house was already in escrow and had 30 days to get out of my old home. She made sure I found a new home and that I closed before I turned over my old keys. Don't think it would have worked out if it wasn't for Charlene.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a home in Cincinnati moving here from the west coast. My interaction with Charleen was very professional. She carefully listened to the requirements I had for my next home and made suggestions that would maximize the efficiency of the process. When I found a potential match, she quickly set up a viewing, met me at the home with the necessary information, and answered all questions I had. When I found the home I wanted to purchase, she provided a list of professionals (i.e., inspectors, electricians, etc.) that gave me a level of comfort I needed to make a well informed decision. I would like to recommend Charlene to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was viewing a home on Zillow and I called Charlene Fay because she was the first realtor listed. It happened to be the best thing I could have done because Charlene turned out to be the best realtor anyone could ask for. Her knowledge and experience was prevalent in our first meet. When the first home I put in offer in on fell through, Charlene did her absolute best to find me another home in a time crunch. She helped me out when other any other realtor would have let me sink. She went above and beyond for me and was truly my saving grace. If you need a knowledgeable realtor who truly cares for her clients and not just money, call Charlene. She is the real deal.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Miss Fay while i was looking at another property. I contacted her about a property she wasn't working on. I had hoped she would be helpful. I found that she didn't respond to calls or texts in a timely manner. The other realtor was A LOT more helpful in this purchase. Even at the closing Miss Fay didnt even offer me a business card. She had NO followup, But the other realtor followed uo with me several times and asked what she could do for me EVEN after the sale! This zillow review has been the ONLY contact I've had with Miss Fay since the purchase. I would not even consoder using her in the future. I would not recommend her for any one else either.

ZillowVERIFIED Charlene listed, advertised, showed our house, had two open houses, we got an offer and closed within 60 days. What more can we say? Perfect! She was always available by phone and returned calls promptly. Same with emails. We felt the listing was accurate and portrayed our home very favorably without embellishing its features. She was very knowledgeable about the market and was a great help when it came to pricing our home. Would gladly use her and Remax again.

ZillowVERIFIED The property we purchased was a Short Sale. Charlene was very up front with us from the beginning of the process. Short Sales are a waiting game, I could see how it is hard for certain people to wait for the outcome. We were in an apartment month to month when we found our home. The short sale process actually worked in our favor. Charlene always kept us posted and was extremely quick in responding to our countless questions. This being our first house purchase was an interesting experience. Charlene quoted us 3-6 months to close, we waited about 5 months. The beginning is a hurry up and wait game, the end is just like a typical purchase. It was worth the wait, and we feel we got a great deal. All in all I would go with Charlene Fay again in a heartbeat.
