If you need a realtor, look no further than Charity Fitzgerald! I have worked with her for the past few months selling 2 different homes and a parcel of land, and then buying our new home, and she has gone above and beyond the entire process. She provides constant communication and she never cared to answer the thousands of questions that I asked. She genuinely cares about people, and it definitely shows. There were multiple hiccups along the way, even on the morning of closing, and Im positive that without her knowledge and experience in real estate, I wouldve lost out on my forever home.
