We recently bought our first house with Chantelle. My husband and I are first time buyers. We were not sure where to start or what questions to ask before beginning this endeavor Chantelle is a personal friend who I knew I could count on to guide us through this. She not only explained the home buying process with clarity but she also presented us with a packet going over the process step by step. She then asked us many question, not all about real estate, to really understand our wants and needs in a home. I felt that she cared about helping us find our ideal house. I have a hectic schedule but need to find a home by February. Chantelle was referred to me by a coworker. Most of our communication has been via email and text, which is how I prefer.
