We recently bought our first house with Chantelle. We ran into her during one of the open houses we stopped at, and from the beginning I and my husband had a very good feeling talking to her, and we were right. My husband and I are first time buyers. We were not sure where to start or what questions to ask before beginning this endeavor Chantelle is a personal friend who I knew I could count on to guide us through this. She not only explained the home buying process with clarity but she also presented us with a packet going over the process step by step. She then asked us many question, not all about real estate, to really understand our wants and needs in a home. I felt that she cared about helping us find our ideal house. I have a hectic schedule but need to find a home by February. Chantelle was referred to me by a coworker. Most of our communication has been via email and text, which is how I prefer. I explained that I don't have much time to physically view homes. Chantelle said she understood and was happy to do most of the physical viewing for me. We met and went over all my needs. Since then she has been out seeing homes for me constantly. She has only recommended I see a few- all which fell exactly inline with what I desire. I feel she really listened and understands me. I have had a negative experience with an agent in the past who bothered me constantly. Chantelle contacts me when it is appropriate. She does not waste my time with junk mail or send me random homes.
