Chantal was able to get help with removing all of the items from the property, getting quotes from plumber, electricians, roofer's, waste disposal and lot cleanup on 2 1/2 acres. Chantal saved me a lot of trips in acquiring the quotes for work to be done and help me select the right people. After the property was repaired and listed we were able to get 2 full price offers after approximately 45 days on the market. The sales transaction went smoothly and on time with a 30 day escrow.
