I chose to work with Chanel on the fiduciary sale of my relatives house because I had been impressed by her professionalism and positive attitude during our previous interactions at open houses. Chanel was the perfect choice for this emotionally-taxing task. She organized the needed home repairs, brought out the beauty of the house and its surroundings, and staged the house in a clever fashion that preserved the homes retro style while also adding contemporary touches. Chanel was fast and efficient, communicated quickly and respectfully, and even acknowledged the emotional component of the sale by asking prospective buyers to write a note about what they valued in the house. The whole preparation and sale process was very fast, and Chanel helped us sell the house for substantially above asking price after just 3 days on the market. Chanel is the hardest working realtor around! We loved her great knowledge, attitude and enthusiasm. The market was tough but it was great knowing she was our eyes and ears. We were moving back to the area after being away for 20 years, so we did almost all of our work with her remotely. This meant Chanel had to go above and beyond, and she handled it beautifully. We were also on a very tight timeline so responsiveness was very important to us. We really enjoyed the process with her and look forward to seeing her around the neighborhood. Personality can make or break the experience of buying a home. Chanel has it in spades!
