ZillowVERIFIED Chandra is amazing. It took several years but she found me the perfect home at the perfect price. She worked very hard to ensure I got everything I needed. Even offering to have my home cleansed if there were too many ghosts. (Built in 1889) love working with her and cant wait to find out next property with her. She goes WAY above and beyond. Cant say enough good things about her.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the best experience buying a house with Chandra. While the process seemed daunting in a market like this, she took time to walk me through all the steps, gave me time to consider my options, and came through with helpful guidance. She helped us find a home in a community we love. I am extremely happy with the her service and expertise. Keeping her on speed dial for the next house!

ZillowVERIFIED Chandra was outstanding!! Very responsive and knowledgeable! She found me homes that fit my criteria and set up times to show them to me around my schedule. She even took time out to let me see a home a second time a few days after i looked at it initially. If I ever need a realtor again, she will be my only call!! Even though I didnt get to buy, due to a job offer out of state, she was fantastic and I highly recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I met Chandra when we decided on a whim to go check out a house we saw on Zillow. From there, she took us under her wing and helped us find the perfect home! She went all across southwest Colorado with us looking at houses she would find for us. We had no idea what we were doing as first time home buyers, and she helped us during the whole process from start to finish. We will be forever grateful for her taking us on as clients!

ZillowVERIFIED Chandra did a truly amazing job of guiding me through my first home purchase. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying experience, and very good at explaining them to a new buyer. Not only did Chandra find me a house that suited my needs perfectly, she also made sure that our offers were competitive, yet not unnecessarily high. Ultimately Chandra found me the perfect home, and then helped me get it for less than the asking price. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking at real estate in Colorado.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose to work with Chandra because of how responsive she was to our questions even before we were ready to list our home and start looking for a new one. Once we decided to list our home, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and happened on our crazy short time frame we set. She helped us navigate this crazy market and get the best deal on both selling and purchasing. We would 100 percent work with her again and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs any help buying or selling their home. We are beyond thankful for everything Chandra did for us during our buying and selling process. She stayed on top of everything and was super responsive no matter the time of day. Working with her made the whole process less scary!

ZillowVERIFIED Chandra was a blessing for me. Because I live in California and wanted to buy a property in Fort Collins. I had a different agent and he wasn?t responding to my communications and I wasn?t familiar with the area and couldn?t be present to make an offer!when I got connected with Chandra, so much of worries faded. She was my ears and my eyes! She fought for everything as if it was for her own! She is so amazing I feel like I found a great friend. Her assistant, Brittany, was very patient too. She went to different houses and would video call with me.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Chandra! My husband and I reached out to her after we drove by a house we fell in love with. We ended up putting in an offer for the house (before even listing ours) and Chandra helped move everything along so seamlessly so that we could coordinate getting our house on the market quickly. Our offer was accepted and part of the agreement was that we had to have our house sold by a certain date. She had us an over price offer before our deadline! All of her help and knowledge along the way was a great asset. We really felt like she went above and beyond in so many ways for us to help get our new house and sell our old one. Not only was she there for us every step of the process during the buy/sell, but we had some issues months after purchasing our home and we reached out to her.... she was still there for us! Absolutely awesome person and realtor, definitely would use her again in the future and recommend her to everyone.
