ZillowVERIFIED Chandler helped us through the process of finding and purchasing our first home (2012) and then sell our home a few years later (2017) when we needed more room. Chandler was very familiar with the area and was very patient as we looked at house after house. We consistently felt like Chandler went the extra mile for us to help our purchase and sale be successful.

ZillowVERIFIED He was available at times convenient for us. Didn't give unsolicited opinions. Was willing to take our offers to the seller even if he figured they'd shoot it down. Looked for properties in our price range. Kept our tastes in mind. Knew the geographical area well. He was polite and respectful with everyone. Had a great sense of humor. He was honest. I would highly recommend him to clients buying a first home as well as those who've done that a few times. He would be my first choice as a realtor for someone I care about because I don't think he'd ever steer them wrong. He's very insightful about the business and the community around him. I give him a5 star rating all around!!

ZillowVERIFIED It was great to work with Chandler on our house sale. We were new to the selling end of the real estate world, and his experience and his calm, reassuring manner were invaluable. We initially chose Chandler because of our familiarity with him as a former neighbor. We would choose him again for our real estate needs because we now appreciate his professionalism and knowledge in the field.

ZillowVERIFIED Chandler is very patient. He worked with us to find our home for over 5 years. He was always responsive, and prompt to our requests to look at homes for sale. He has a positive, cheerful attitude. He is genuinely interested in you as a person and not just a client. He also helped us sell a home that was in Warren county (at least 1 hour away from his office). He priced it right and it sold in 7 days! I would highly recommend him to help you find a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Chandler was on the ball with everything during my home-buying process. I used a FHA 203k renovation loan and there was a lot more involved with it than your traditional loan. Chandler stayed on top of things to ensure that my family and I got the home of our dreams! He is intelligent and a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone!
