As we worked with Chandler, he got more and more familiar with our wants, even if we didn't communicate them explicitly. For example, we always talked about wanting a garden space, but Chandler was able to identify that we actually wanted the ability to walk around and be with nature. This led us to better evaluating potential homes. The combination of Chandler's friendly personality and his ability to evaluate the market simplified the buying process tremendously.
