After more than 25 years guiding people through those decisions, I've come to believe the work rewards one thing above all: judgment, applied patiently and entirely on your behalf.

I'm Chancellor Wiley, a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. For nearly three decades I've represented buyers and sellers across St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and St. Charles County - long enough in one market to read it block by block, to know what a home is worth, and to see what's coming before it arrives. That depth is the difference between guessing and knowing.

It shows in the outcomes, on both sides of the table. For sellers, homes that sell at or close to asking - the product of honest pricing and a clear read on what today's buyers respond to. For buyers, knowing a home's true value before the offer, and negotiating from that clarity.
