He advised and worked with us to set up and list our house. He priced our house competitively, and we were happy to have many offers over asking price. In the search for a new house he took our desired search features into consideration and was patient as we viewed a number of houses. Gave sound advice as we submitted multiple offers, and even cautioned us when not place an offer due to research he did to uncover underlying issues with the property. ZillowVERIFIED During the initial consultation he listened to my needs. He asked clarifying questions. Made suggestions as to what might meet my needs. He came to an understanding of what I needed. Then he did the leg work to find exactly what I needed in the price range I could afford. He called all over San Antonio and questioned the various Apartment complex managers. In the end, all I had to do is show up and approve the deal.
