ZillowVERIFIED I more or less stumbled into a meeting with Chalice as a real estate agent while I was fixing up my home, I sought some advice from her while I was having a tough time and we shared information and gave me some great advice. After about a year long endeavor of finishing up my home, she stayed in contact with me, gave me further advice, offered her expertise, and once the home was ready, she did everything she could to get me the maximum value for my home in a surprisingly short amount of time! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home, she will take your best interests to heart and do all she can to get you what you're looking for with her vast knowledge of the real estate world and how it works today. On the very first contact she asked about me and my family before diving right into the home I was looking for. She treated me like a person and not a paycheck and that made me love her from the very first conversation. We originally wanted to look in the Belton area but soon changed our minds to Cove and she still drove 45 minutes out of her way to make sure we were able to find our home. My husband was already in Texas and I was in Florida, she still went out of her way to assist us. Chalice was always available to speak to us about any question or concern no matter how absurd it may have been. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire transaction perfect. We were relocating from 1000 miles away with my husband working & living in Austin while the rest of us family stayed behind to wrap up the sale of our home there. She was so helpful in helping us narrow down the areas of town that suited our needs, showing my husband many options for homes, and once we found the perfect home she worked tirelessly to get us closed on our new home so we could all be together again in time for Christmas. From the beginning Chalice made sure all of the little details were taken care of and stayed on top of things through the entire time. She was very knowledgeable on the market and how to market our property to sell.It was a lot of work, especially for her, but in the end we sold in 35 days for more than we were originally going to ask for.
